Overview

Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for the Greater Lowell, Westford and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support.

Mass Pediatric ABA is offering $55-$75 dollars per hour based on education and experience for a part-time BCBA, working up to 20 hours per week (with opportunities to increase to full time). BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a bonus of $250 after 3 months of employment!

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
• Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
• Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

• Current BCBA Certification and LABA
• Master s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Previous ABA Experience
• Completed CORI background check
• Company issued laptop
• Free CEU s through the BHCOE Learning Hub
• Monthly collaboration with fellow BCBAs and Clinical Director

• Salary: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
