This is a full-time hybrid role for Fully Licensed Therapists, based in Little Rock, AR, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The role involves providing high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, or professional clients using evidence-based mental health practices. Key responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions in-person and remotely, maintaining accurate case documentation, and collaborating with other team members to ensure optimal client outcomes.
The role also involves staying updated on best practices in psychotherapy and engaging in professional development opportunities.
- Possess a full licensure in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar).
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy practices such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or psychodynamic approaches.
- Strong skills in client assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple caseloads, and maintain professional boundaries in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions is highly desirable.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical standards in line with regulatory and licensing requirements.
