Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

We are a clinician‑led, patient‑centered behavioral health company dedicated to improving access to high‑quality mental health care via telehealth. Each clinician is committed to evidence‑based practice.

• Provide individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
• Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Practice independently without corporate administrative interference.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers; meet eligible psychotherapists for team matching.
• Attend regular staffing meetings (minimum monthly) to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Work from home; schedule is clinician‑chosen (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Participate in virtual clinical conferences four times a week; attend at least one per week during first 90 days, then monthly.

• Must hold a PMHNP license; open to licensing in alternative states.
• Prior PMHNP experience preferred but not required.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry and psychiatric disorder diagnosis.
• Proficient in psychopharmacological treatments and non‑pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Salary Range: $70—$100 USD per hour.
