What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2-18
• Collect and analyze data utilizing Central Reach
• Meet billable hour requirements for full‑time and part‑time BCBAs
• Conduct intake assessments and parent training sessions
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
• Passion for client success and positive outcomes
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in case management for children with autism or related fields
• Familiarity with data collection tools and methodologies
• Previous mentorship experience or leadership roles
• Knowledge of current ABA practices and ethical guidelines
