Enterprise Client Success Manager

• Manage Access One’s highest tier of revenue portfolio, including strategic analysis and planning
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client executives to promote satisfaction and retention
• Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance optimization
• Prepare and deliver professional communications, presentations, and proposals using various digital applications
• Travel to client sites and conferences as needed for in-person engagements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, customer service, or a related role, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with patient accounting and electronic medical record software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
• Substantial knowledge of EDI and API automation processes
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management and patient access

• Experience in technology implementation and end-user training
• Background in sales and upselling, data analytics, and project management
• Knowledge of clinical care environments
