Training Manager; Remote - BCBA

• Prioritize work assignments to meet goals and timelines effectively

• Master’s Degree and BCBA Certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
• Experience in motivating, developing, and directing staff

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Skills in monitoring and assessing performance for continuous improvement
• Experience in fostering collaboration and achieving common goals
