Overview
We’re offering sign‑on bonuses up to $10,000 for Arizona BCBAs and a comprehensive benefits package that includes holiday pay, 401(k), health, dental and vision insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, life insurance, pet insurance, HSAs, FSAs, and more.
BCBAs may work from home 3 days per week, maintain attainable caseloads of 6‑8 clients, and meet weekly billable hour goals of 25‑30 hours. Flexible discretionary time‑off lets you take personal or vacation days as needed. Full‑time hours run Monday‑Friday 8:15 am‑4:45 pm with no travel or weekend requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Meet prescription fulfillment goals set by the Clinical Director.
- Maintain 25 billable hours per week and meet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets.
- Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings (minimum of one parent training per client per month).
- Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity; oversee programming implementation in both center‑based and community settings.
- Design and implement Treatment Plans; update progress reports; oversee ABA programs with initial and ongoing assessments.
- Direct, lead, and supervise behavior technicians, including oversight of RBT supervision hours.
- Keep current on research and best practices; model and fill in for therapy as needed.
- Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community; assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments; take on assigned supervises for BACB student supervision; assist with interim care for potential clients.
- Document all activities in accordance with BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
- Lifting and carrying clients up to 30 pounds.
- Restraint, hold, transport, and quick body movements as indicated for children with challenging behavior.
- Assume varied postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods.
- Walk and run to chase clients, maintaining a three‑foot distance.
- Sitting on or standing for extended periods.
- Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing.
- Use manual dexterity for computer and electronic data collection.
- Read and comprehend written communication via computer, devices, or paper.
- Transfer written data to electronic files or database systems.
- Maintain prolonged computer usage while seated or on the floor.
- Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture.
- Administer medication to clients.
- BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
- Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
- Excellent time‑management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Detail‑oriented and flexible/adaptable to meet team needs across the organization.
- Act with integrity, professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS.
- Ability to learn organization’s technology platforms (Central Reach, Tableau) quickly.
- Maintain required licensure while employed.
