Child & Adolescent Therapist Join our Team!

We’re looking for passionate and creative licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, LMSW) to provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and families in a flexible, supportive outpatient setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy for children, teens, and families
• Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
• Maintain a caseload of 25–30 clients (full-time)
• Collaborate with a dynamic, mission‑driven team

What You Need

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Active Maryland clinical license
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems

Compensation

$68,000–$90,000 per year (full-time), depending on experience and caseload.
