• Perform quality oversight for claims to ensure proper reimbursement
• Participate in the hiring and training of new staff members

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of Ten‑Key by touch
• Ability to type an average of 40+ WPM
• Detail‑oriented with experience deciphering contract language

• Associate degree in a related field
