Call Center Scheduler- Remote

LifePoint Health -  [Medical Office Assistant] As a Scheduler at LifePoint Health, you'll:
Schedule patients for surgical and medical testing/procedures/admissions;
Inform patient or physician's office staff of any carrier that is out of network or any issue that may result in a decrease of benefits;
Inform patient or physician's office staff of any special instructions or testing requirements;
Maintain knowledge of the scheduling reports for the next day;
Enter outpatient procedures in the Order Entry System;
Ensure consistency between scheduling module and admissions module.
