• You are a fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist at a Master’s level or above, holding one of the following licenses: LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (accepted on a state-by-state basis).
• You possess a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
