* two experienced Multi Specialty Coding Specialists
* to support our esteemed client-one of the most respected and expansive health systems serving Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned coders who thrive in a remote, production-driven environment and are ready to contribute their expertise to a high-performing team.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Accurately abstract and assign
* ICD
10CM
* and
* CPT* codes from provider documentation

* Perform
* Professional Fee (Pro Fee)
* coding across multiple specialties

* Code
* orthopedic services*, including:

* Office and hospital E/M encounters

* Surgical and procedural services

* Support multispecialty and primary care coding needs

* Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fastpaced coding environment

* Collaborate with revenue cycle and clinical teams as needed

* Required Qualifications
* * High School Diploma or GED

* * CPC or CCSP certification* (required)

* * 2+ years of Pro Fee coding experience
*
* * Orthopedic Pro Fee coding experience*, including E/M and surgical coding

* Demonstrated experience with
* multispecialty coding
* * Strong proficiency in abstracting ICD
10CM
and CPT codes

* Ability to meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks

* Must provide your own equipment for remote work

* Preferred Qualifications
* * Primary Care Pro Fee coding experience

* Hospital based professional services coding experience

* Outpatient professional fee revenue cycle management experience

* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
