As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs)
- Conduct ABA therapy sessions
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
- Provide support and resources to clients and their families
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings between 3pm to 7pm Mon to Fri at a minimum of 15 hours weekly
