Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical
Position:
Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location:
Maryland
This role is designed for an experienced clinical social worker who wants a balance of client care and leadership. You will deliver virtual therapy, guide associate clinicians, and ensure treatment plans meet clinical and regulatory standards. The focus is on thoughtful assessment, consistency, and measurable client progress.
Responsibilities- Provide telehealth psychotherapy to assigned clients
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Supervise and consult with social work clinicians
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate care with internal clinical leadership
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience with supervision or advanced clinical practice
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- 2 weeks PTO
- Health Insurance
