** 8:30am-5pmThe Clinical Authorization Coordinator is responsible to maintain, confirming and secure referrals, authorization, or pre-certifications required for patients to receive medical procedures and/ or medication/enteral therapy. Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient account information and maintains a database of payer authorization requirements.
** Education
* ** High LPN or Pharmacy Tech Trade School (Required)
* High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
** Certification/Licensure
*** Virginia Pharmacy Tech License (Required)
* CPhT License (Received through the NHA or PTCB (Required) or
* Virginia LPN License (Required)
** Experience
* ** 2 Years Pharmacy Experience (Required) or 2 years Clinical Experience (Required)
* Home Health Experience (Preferred)
* Authorization Experience (Preferred)
* Epic Experience (Preferred)
