Description
Child Builders ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will work closely with clients to collect data, assist in implementing behavior intervention plans, and contribute to the overall success of our services. - Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings (home, school, community) while following behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure the highest level of consistency and quality in treatment.
- Support clients in acquiring and improving essential skills such as communication, socialization, self-help, and academics.
- Provide feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress, behavioral changes, and any challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and uphold ethical standards in behavior analysis.
- Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
- Part Time afternoon - evening shifts
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus)
- Completion of an RBT training program preferred, but we offer the training for new staff
- Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement ABA techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
