Physical Therapist

Smith Physical Therapy+ (Crystal Lake, IL) is looking for a full- or part-time physical therapist who will:

Loves treating patients (one at a time, always).

Wants to be a specialist, not a volume robot.

Appreciates great manual therapy.

Values education, laughter, and leaving work at work.

Is allergic to khakis and polos (leggings welcome).

Notes done by the end of the day.

Strong front-desk support.

A team of smart, kind, hard-working PTs.

We take patient care very seriously. Everything else? Not so much.

Our PTs have time to think, treat, teach, learn, and laugh. We believe patients thrive when therapists aren’t burned out—and when PTs get to treat the kinds of patients they love.

Love educating patients and explaining complex things simply.

Enjoy manual therapy and clinical reasoning.

Can find the good in every patient.

Like working with people who work hard and have fun.

Don’t take yourself too seriously.

Have no problem being upstaged by our clinic dog, Rookie.

Interest or specialization in Pelvic Health or Overhead Athletes

You enjoy research (or at least don’t fear it).

You’ve watched Simon Sinek’s Start With Why.

You’re willing to help create fun social media content.

We measure success in patient outcomes, efficiency, clarity, and decibels of laughter
