• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on various topics including coping strategies, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.
• Offer case management services to coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support.

• Experience in clinical counseling techniques and psychotherapy modalities.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and managing group dynamics effectively.
• A background in case management within the behavioral health field.
• Knowledge of social work principles as they apply to mental health treatment.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to provide outpatient therapy services tailored to individual client needs.
• Bi‑lingual proficiency is desirable.
