.

Earn $32.90/hour.

• The Family Therapist carries a caseload as assigned. The FT provides home-based Functional Family Therapy (training provided) to families, actively participate as part of the therapy team, assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports.
• FT assists families with both clinical and concrete services, performs the basic accountability tasks related to the job, which include compiling and maintaining all necessary records, assists administrative staff in collection of information for program effectiveness, and perform other duties as requested by your direct supervisor.
• Provides intensive family therapy in the client’s home, scheduling is flexible, and sessions must occur at the convenience of the family.
• Therapists work with an assigned caseload of 10-12 clients and families.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Master’s Degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services
• 1-3 years' experience working with children/adolescents and their families in a similar role
• Applicant must be bilingual and able to facilitate sessions in both Spanish and English; ability to read and write in Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in order to meet the needs of children and families on caseload.
• Ability to Travel to client’s homes for the purpose of providing community and home-based services for children, adolescents, and families. (must have valid driver’s license, and their own reliable vehicle)
