We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team. This full‑time position is responsible for the clinical supervision of Lifeline Counselors on the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team who include a combination of paraprofessionals and bachelor and master degreed level staff. The Clinical Supervisor shares the review of documentation and service provision of the entire Lifeline Counselor team and participates in the training and development of Lifeline Counselors.

This position is eligible for hybrid/remote work, with an onsite requirement for onboarding and meetings as necessary. Additional benefits of this position include professional liability insurance and licensure credentialing costs covered along with CEU opportunities.

• Participate in the development of a system that ensures that all help seekers receive appropriate services.
• Participate in the development of a system that ensures that all Lifeline Counselors receive the appropriate clinical supervision, staff development, and in‑service training.
• Participate in the schedule of provision of 24/7 on‑call clinical support.
• Advise Clinical Manager on training needs of staff to ensure quality service.

• Education Required:
  
  Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Wisconsin State Licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• Required:
  
  3+ years of experience providing direct service to help seekers.
• Preferred: 2+ years of clinical supervision experience.

• Commitment to the ethical treatment of help seekers
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships within and outside the agency in a professional manner
• Ability to recognize and control one’s own biases
• Ability to express and transmit ideas and knowledge clearly with reasonable organization and conciseness
• Ability to organize one’s own time to meet assigned situations and work demands

• Remote workers must reside in the State of Wisconsin; work for 988 must only occur while in the State of Wisconsin.
• Remote workers must have a private, confidential workspace and have the ability to double‑lock any confidential information kept at home and appropriately dispose of any confidential information stored at home (i.e. shredding).
• Remote workers must have the capacity to plug their computer/phone directly into their modem/router and provide a high‑speed internet report verifying high‑speed internet services.
