• Own the Issue Lifecycle:
  Investigate, resolve, and document operational issues from intake to resolution—partnering with internal teams and external vendors to keep service delivery seamless.
• Analyze & Audit:
  Use SQL and data tools to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate Clearly:
  Provide transparent updates and maintain detailed documentation for stakeholders and partners.
• Improve Processes:
  Recommend and implement long‑term solutions, automation, and system enhancements to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:
  Work with Clinical, Data Architecture, Integrations, Benefits Configuration, and more to deliver effective solutions.
• Support Vendor Partnerships:
  Engage with adjudication software vendors to ensure accurate claims processing and system performance.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  
  1+ year in PBM, healthcare operations, or health tech preferred; familiarity with claims processing, eligibility, and accumulator logic.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in SQL and comfortable querying large datasets.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Strong root cause analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Communication:
  Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable updates.
• Collaboration:
  
  Proven success working across technical and non‑technical teams.
