About the JobProvide individualized psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Assume full clinical autonomy while collaborating with a team of therapists. Perform clinical work from home on a flexible schedule, with virtual team meetings and required conferences (weekly during the first 90 days, then monthly).
Responsibilities- Deliver effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Ensure all patient care adheres to laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards.
- Collaborate with therapists, attending monthly conferences (or weekly for the first 90 days).
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance records.
- Valid PMHNP license and willingness to obtain licenses in alternative states.
- Prior PMHNP experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong clinical background in psychiatry, psychopharmacology, and familiarity with non‑pharmacological interventions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Proficient basic computer and technology skills.
Hourly rate of $70–$100 USD.
