As a Medical Coder
, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant coding for our provider clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Assigning accurate ICD‑10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation
• Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and compliance
• Working closely with billing teams to resolve coding‑related claim issues and denials
• Staying current on coding guidelines, payer requirements, and regulatory updates
• Supporting audits and providing coding feedback when needed
• Contributing to process improvement and quality initiatives

• CPC certification (required)
• 2+ years of professional medical coding experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of ICD‑10‑CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Experience with E/M and specialty‑specific coding (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
