Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services for children and families in a home-based setting. The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise clinical team members, and ensure the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based behavioral therapy.

Location: Snohomish, WA

Work Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Setting: Home-Based ABA Services

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Deliver home-based ABA services and monitor treatment fidelity
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs and CBTs
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress
• Analyze data to guide decision-making and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain compliance with all BACB and insurance documentation standards

• Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for high-quality, family-centered ABA therapy
