Location:

New Castle, DE

Start: ASAP Full Time: 30-40 hours/week Caseload:
Hybrid. 1 day onsite, 4 days WFH. Details discussed in an interview. Pay: $48+ hourly, dependent on experience.

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement evidence‑based interventions and strategies.
• Support crisis intervention and assist in managing school‑wide behavioral issues.
• Provide professional development and training to educators and staff on psychological topics, such as social‑emotional learning, behavior management, and mental health.
• Consult with parents and guardians to offer strategies for supporting students ist in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
