This is a full-time, fee-for-service hybrid role for a licensed (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) or Masters-level (pre-licensed) therapist working toward one of these independent licenses in MA. Must be willing to see clients across the lifespan (including adolescents 12+, adults, and seniors) at least two evenings per week. In order to be benefits-eligible and retain benefits, full-time therapists must complete 22 client sessions per week and maintain 28-30 openings weekly to account for cancellations and rescheduling.
We provide no-cost supervision, paid time off, earned sick time, company-sponsored health insurance, and holidays. The position is based in Middleboro, MA, but provides the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual, couples, and family therapy, and engaging in case management activities. The therapist will work with clients to support their mental health and promote overall well-being.

- Strong skills in psychotherapy modalities and case management, including client advocacy.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant licensure or certification in mental health or social work fields.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. Must be licensed in Massachusetts or eligible to become licensed in Massachusetts.
