Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $72.00/hr

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home-based or group home settings.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based care.
• Maintain professional, trustworthy, accurate, and dependable conduct.

• Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Passion and enthusiasm for providing creative evidence‑based care.
• All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored.

Pay: $70-$72 an hour
