Manager of Therapy Services

Dr. Sala and Associates is seeking an experienced Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Psychologist, or Psychological Associate to join our busy private practice as Manager of Therapy Services. This hybrid role combines clinical work with leadership and program development, with flexibility to maintain an individual fee for service therapy caseload.

• Develop and lead group therapy services (children, families, adults)
• Create and manage presentations and promotional materials
• Work collaboratively with admin staff using OWL Practice
• Support recruitment of clinical staff
• Liaise with community partners and stakeholders
• Develop basic Excel tools for service tracking and metrics
• Assist with policies and procedures

• Registered Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Psychologist, or Psychological Associate (or eligible for registration)
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Strong experience with children, families, and groups
• Proven ability to develop and run therapeutic groups (required)
• Management experience an asset, not required
• Comfortable developing content for advertisements, social media and digital platforms
