Contract Rate

• $45 - $65 per hour based on time since obtaining independent license

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively
• Maintain a caseload to support a minimum of 15 completed client sessions per week (minimum availability of 20 hours per week)
• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program
• Must be independently licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients
• Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioral health concerns
• Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with children and/or adolescents with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, identity, depression, etc.)
