Your role in our mission- Coordinates highly complex administrative and/or clerical functions for a project team such as meeting and presentation materials. May perform word processing and related office duties.
- Handles highly complex confidential material relevant to company/project/program operations. Coordinates incoming and outgoing provider communications including phone calls, memos, e‑mails, etc. Responsible for maintaining audit records while conforming to HIPAA and HITECH rules and regulations.
- Builds, manages, and maintains a solid working relationship with the client and the provider community.
- Monitors and processes project task sheets, client invoices, and other project team deliverables. Maintains the project deliverable/documentation repository.
- Performs highly complex administrative functions related to entering information into databases, reviewing audit materials, reviewing and tracking provider submissions, producing statistical reports, and performing QA tasks such as desk audits and peer reviews.
- Maintains professionalism through teamwork, confidentiality, and building positive client relationships to ensure a collaborative and trusted work environment.
- Understands, supports, and communicates the project's goals, timelines, and critical success factors.
- Associate degree or higher required.
- Six (6) or more years of healthcare provider and/or client relations experience required.
- Experience working in a client project environment required.
- Claims, auditing, compliance, and/or collections experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, including proficiency with personal computers and project management tools, while effectively managing priorities.
- This is a full‑time permanent regular salaried (W‑2) employee position.
- Must be in Central or Eastern Time Zone in United States.

- New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
