Registered Behavior Technician - Okarche, OK (Afternoon Schedule)

Step Ahead ABA is hiring part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, and school settings. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $26.00/hr

• $23/hour regular/billable rate
• Training, non‑billable, travel rates vary per state (less than regular rate)
• Set your own schedule by selecting availability slots (must have noon or evening availability)

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
• Collect data and document each session accurately
• Communicate with your supervising BCBA and team regularly
• Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and punctuality, with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with children and families in home settings
• Able to stay active and engaged with clients
• Prior ABA experience required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A dependable, professional work ethic
• Ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

This is an in‑home position, which means you’ll be working directly in clients’ homes. Expectations include:

• Respecting the family’s home and space
• Leaving therapy materials on‑site as needed
• Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required
