- Review assigned portions of business or clinical operations to identify clients' information system needs
- Define processes, problems, and requirements, performing cost/benefit analyses
- Design and analyze clinical and business information systems to meet client needs
- Lead smaller projects and enhancements with minimal guidance
- Communicate practical implications of information systems changes to clients, outlining available alternatives
- Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years of equivalent clinical or information services experience
- Experience with Epic Professional Claims or Epic Hospital Claims
- Epic Certifications in one or more Epic applications (required within 180 days of hire)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and peers
- Experience with both Epic Professional Claims and Epic Hospital Claims
- Current Epic PB or Epic HB certification
