• Base Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
• Bonus:
  Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years – details during interview)
• Hybrid Model:
  Blend of in‑person and up to 50% remote direct supervision; most case management and indirect work can also be completed remotely
• Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training in the first 3‑4 weeks

  Monthly CEUs, annual in‑house conference and opportunities to lead research initiatives

  Work from home with Mon‑Fri flexibility, evenings up to 6 pm most nights, 8:30 pm availability one‑two evenings per week, no Saturday expectation unless chosen

• Lead by example and support behavior technicians, ensuring treatment plans are implemented reliably
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative ABA programs, including parent education and problem solving
• Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek growth opportunities
• Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with BACB certification
• Active LBA certification in Massachusetts issued by the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions
• Background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam (paid by employer)
