Position: Case Manager: Grievances & Appeals (Remote)
A healthcare services provider is seeking a customer service representative to handle member grievances and improve experiences. The role requires 6 years of customer service experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. An HS Diploma or GED is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. After 2 weeks of onsite training, the position is remote.

Candidates with healthcare experience are preferred.
