Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - WFH Days & Flex Scheduling!

We are hiring a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work WFH days with a flexible schedule at Autism Learning Partners. The position offers a competitive salary, hybrid model, and strong mentorship opportunities.

• Base Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
• Monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in the first three years)
• Hybrid role: up to 50% remote direct supervision, most case management and indirect work remote
• 60+ hours comprehensive training during first 3-4 weeks, including clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments
• Monthly CEUs, annual in‑house conference, opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives
• 23 days off annually (15 PTO days + 1 floating holiday + 7 holidays)
• Flexible home‑work schedule Mon‑Fri mornings/afternoons, evenings up to 6 pm, 1‑2 evenings 8:30pm; no Saturday work unless requested
• At‑will employment, no contracts or non‑compete agreements

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure reliable implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop innovative ABA programs, including parent education and problem solving.
• Maintain professional composure in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek growth opportunities.
• Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the BACB.
• Active LBA certification in Massachusetts issued by the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions.
• Pass criminal background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam (we will pay for these).
