Position:
Remote; work from home 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
  • Achieve hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
  • Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings (when appropriate).
  • Maintain relationships with parents; conduct caregiver collaboration and training sessions – minimum one parent training per client per month.
  • Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and delivered with integrity; make programming decisions for assigned clients and conduct overlaps with behavior technicians.
  • Oversee programming implementation in center‑based and community settings.
  • Develop and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
  • Update progress reports for assigned clients.
  • Oversee/monitor ABA programs; conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
  • Supervise behavior technicians and oversee assigned RBT supervision hours.
  • Stay current on research and best practices.
  • Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
  • Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
  • Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments as required.
  • Supervise BACB student mentors as needed.
  • Assist with interim care for potential clients as needed.
  • Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines.
Required Physical and Functional Abilities
  • Lift and carry clients up to 30 pounds.
  • Restrain/hold/transport as indicated in Behavior Support Plan.
  • Maintain varied postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods.
  • Walk/run to chase clients and maintain a three‑foot distance.
  • Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.
  • Attend to basic needs: feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing.
  • Manual dexterity for data collection on computers and electronics.
  • Visual acuity for reading and comprehending written communication.
  • Transfer written data to electronic files or database systems.
  • Operate therapy space – assemble, clean, maintain.
  • Administer medication to clients.
Job Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
  • Licensure in applicable states.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, reports, and caregivers.
  • Excellent time management and meeting deadlines.
  • Prioritization and delegation skills.
  • Detail‑oriented.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet team needs.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Comfortable working primarily on macOS.
  • Familiarity with Central Reach, Tableau, and organization’s technology platforms.
  • Maintain required licensure while employed.
