Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated BCBA who values high-quality clinical work, family partnership, and ethical decision‑making. This role offers flexibility with both hybrid (telehealth + in‑person) and fully in‑person schedules based on your preference and client needs. Caseloads are kept low and manageable to ensure meaningful supervision, strong outcomes, and work‑life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.)
- Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
- Deliver parent and caregiver training (telehealth & in‑person)
- Conduct in‑person observations, clinic/school visits, and home sessions as needed
- Use data‑driven decision‑making for progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with families, educators, evaluators, and healthcare providers
- Model compassionate, trauma‑informed, child‑centered clinical practice
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong communication & collaboration skills

Job Types: Full‑time/Part‑time
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
