• Efficient documentation – most notes are completed during sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Deliver engaging, evidence‑based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
• Complete accurate, real‑time documentation to reduce take‑home work.
• Supervise OTA‑level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License.
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A deep commitment to helping children unlock their life’s potential.
