- Supervise OTA‑level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License.
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
