Role SummaryDirector of Patient Services, Oncology
In this position, you will be responsible for the execution of innovative products/programs that demonstrate definitive value for our biopharma client and their stakeholders (patients, providers, sales team, market access team, etc.). You will lead teams of up to 170+ members and serve pharmaceutical/biotech clients by developing and delivering innovative patient services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop market access and commercialization strategies using market research of the payer/provider landscape, healthcare reimbursement trends, HTA research, product lifecycle data, etc.
- Work with internal Pharma Cord team and prospective clients to develop solutions addressing product/program unmet needs, demonstrating value for each.
- Lead research around the product(s), competitors, and current offerings.
- Analyze product needs and client goals to develop a proposed solution for addressing needs with consideration of risks, opportunities, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, or RFP responses in support of proposed solutions.
- Actively participate in meetings with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Operations, Pharmacy, and other internal stakeholders to develop solutions and meaningful service levels (KPIs/SLAs).
- Implement new clients and services, ensuring alignment with Pharma Cord’s transition guarantee.
- Monitor client portfolio for assurance of ongoing value and identify opportunities to enhance solutions.
- Evaluate operational processes for efficiencies and recommend continual technology and people enhancements.
- Maintain an onsite presence to serve clients and associated teams as needed.
- Train and develop internal staff and serve as a mentor to immediate team and other associates.
- Manage client portfolios with teams of 150–175 FTEs, including multiple levels of management.
- Direct oversight of service solutions with measurable results.
