Northeast Family Services, 5 locations across Massachusetts. Hybrid position: work from home and 1 day in office per week.

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

• $45 per hour for MA Level
• $50–55 per hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55–60 per hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65–70 per hour for independent license

• 50% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $750
• 75% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $1000
• 90% and above in person over a 3‑month span $1250

• Non‑English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Hybrid position – must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week.
