$21 - $26 an hour

We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to roll up their sleeves, get silly when needed, and show up every day to make a difference. No robotic sessions. No big-box burnout. Just real growth for our clients and for you.

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (you'll get paid training and your certification on us!)
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life‑changing care plans.

• You care about people - plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in‑home clients
