The role includes individual therapy as part of a balanced caseload. It’s ideal for someone who values flexibility, clinical freedom, and professional development. You control your caseload — and there’s financial incentive for higher weekly service delivery.

• Conduct full intake assessments and create collaborative treatment plans
• Provide individual and couples therapy as needed using evidence‑based modalities (CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman, etc.)
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (training and clarity provided as needed)
• Collaborate with a supportive team and access consultation/supervision as needed

• Set your own schedule — with 24/7 access to your fully furnished private office
• Hybrid model with in‑person and remote sessions
• Financial incentive for higher weekly delivery — without productivity pressure

• Paid training opportunities in areas like trauma, ADHD, and neurodivergence
• Support for specialization and niche development
• Optional clinical tools and consultations to support your growth

• We handle billing, insurance, marketing, and initial scheduling
• You’re free to take over scheduling if/when you prefer
• HIPAA‑ and 42 CFR Part 2‑compliant systems provided

• We handle credentialing and begin building your caseload immediately
• Start seeing clients in as little as 3 weeks
• Optional clinical supervisor check‑ins and a final focused prep meeting before your first appointment

• Get matched with clients aligned to your clinical strengths — couples therapy referrals currently prioritized
• Let us know when you’re full, and we’ll pause referrals
• Stay energized and focused — we market you intentionally to build a manageable, meaningful caseload

• Active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arkansas
• Master’s degree in a clinical mental health field
• Availability for in‑person sessions in Little Rock, with flexibility for remote work (within Arkansas)
• Interest in or experience in trauma therapy
• Openness to clinical training, development, and growth
