What This Role Offers:As a Part-Time Hospice Visit Nurse (RN), you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in the most personal of settings—patients’ homes. You’ll join a passionate team that values autonomy, collaboration, and heart‑led care.
Duties Will Include:- Delivering scheduled and PRN nursing visits across home and facility settings
- Managing comfort, safety, and symptoms
- Offering guidance and support to caregivers and family members
- Collaborating with the hospice team including MDs, chaplains, and social workers
- Timely and accurate charting via EMR
Qualifications:
- Hospice experience required
- Adaptable, empathetic, and comfortable with autonomy
- Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
