Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients in the laboratory coagulation sector. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs, challenges, and objectives to upsell Stago offerings. Engage with clients through face‑to‑face visits, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Supply Chain Coordination:
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations for laboratory coagulation products. Monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and work with logistics to minimize lead times.
  • Product Expertise and Training:
    Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of laboratory coagulation products. Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, staying informed about industry advancements.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Host compelling sales and educational presentations on coagulation & Stago products to support upsell activity and expand portfolio usage.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop strategies for penetration, retention, and expansion.
  • Communication and Issue Resolution:
    Bridge communication between clients and the company. Conduct regular check‑ins, assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and present reports on account status and action plans.
  • Professional Development:
    Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the latest laboratory coagulation advancements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer challenges to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Provide capital equipment leads to relevant colleagues.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management.
  • Operate within defined budgets and strictly in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures.
  • Strictly adhere to the Stago Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.
  • Explore customer needs for Point of Care testing in coagulation at each sales call, noting vendor details in CRM.
  • Advance Stago’s Value Proposition across assigned territory.
  • Manage a database of partners, setting up meetings and facilitating relationships through the Stago Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Assist with trade shows, symposia, and user groups (may be required).
  • Effectively manage special projects as assigned.
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, science or related field with 2–3 years of complex clinical sales experience, 3–5 years of technical field experience, or 5–7 years of clinical laboratory experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of Stago experience in a customer‑facing role; OR high school diploma with a 7–10 year track record in complex sales within the healthcare sector.
  • ASCP accreditation preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, BI, presentation programs) required.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
  • Travel:
    Up to 80% travel, including overnight and international travel as required.
