• Provide Outstanding Care: Assess mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and use creative interventions to support clients.
• Maintain a Caseload: Manage approximately 15 clients per week
  , providing consistent, quality care.
• Complete Clinical Documentation: Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure client success.
• Contribute to Our Mission: Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborate with Ellie staff to break down mental health barriers.

• A Pre Licensed Mental Health Professional (ALC, LMSW, LMFTA) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure
  .
• Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation.
• Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
• Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required.
