Payor Credentialing Specialist; remote

• Lead and coordinate the payor and provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain the accuracy of the credentialing database
• Facilitate payor enrollments, revalidations, and license updates
• Monitor application progress and follow up with payors until credentialing is complete
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding credentialing and enrollment issues

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in payor credentialing/enrollment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable work experience
• Current CPCS or CPMSM certification or actively working towards certification
• Experience with the full credentialing cycle, including initial enrollment and revalidation
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience or working knowledge of Credential Stream credentialing platform or similar software
• Basic understanding of substance use disorder
• Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
