• Develop and design health and wellness programs in collaboration with assigned facilities
• Implement tools to evaluate program effectiveness and manage outcomes
• Provide on-site screening support and health education as needed
• Report program participation and outcomes to stakeholders on a quarterly basis
  
  Facilitate telephonic and on-site health coaching for lifestyle management programs

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in health and wellness programs
• Strong computer literacy and data management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

• Experience in program development and implementation in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with biometric screenings and phlebotomy
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives
• Knowledge of wellness trends and employee wellness research
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly
