- Evaluate children's functional abilities and daily living skills.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to promote children's participation in activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapeutic strategies into the children's routines.
- Monitor and document progress towards goals, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate and empower family members and other caregivers to support the child’s development and participation in natural environments.
- Manage scheduling and caseload based on personal availability and capacity.
- Valid NYS license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy or early intervention preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse families and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
