As an integral part of our team, you will ensure our patients receive top‑notch care by greeting patients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing assistance with inquiries.

• Greet and check‑in patients and visitors.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments based on provider availability.
• Assist with managing patient flow to ensure efficiency.
• Address patient inquiries about appointments and care with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering when necessary.
• Communicate office policies to patients.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures at the front desk.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and common areas including rest rooms, break room and lobby areas.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA privacy compliance guidelines.

• Full‑Time: 5 days per week
• Dayshift: 8‑10 hour shifts, Monday‑Friday, and occasional Saturdays and evenings

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Note:

While you will be assigned a home office, this position requires the ability to be assigned shifts at other locations for coverage purposes. Work expectation is 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
