Neuro Diverse Consulting, LLC provides comprehensive support for neurodivergent teens and adults in Connecticut and remotely. Services include personalized one‑on‑one support, community group programs, and business development consultations. The organization is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals, promoting inclusion, and providing resources to help clients navigate personal and professional challenges successfully.

Role Description

This full or part‑time hybrid role as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Consultant is based in eastern CT area with flexibility to work remotely. The BCBA Consultant will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior support plans, and provide one‑on‑one behavior coaching for clients. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and businesses to create inclusive strategies and effectively train staff or family members.

Regularly evaluating progress and making necessary adjustments to intervention plans will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including conducting assessments and designing behavior support plans
  • Experience in working with neurodivergent teens and adults, delivering individualized support, and developing tailored interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families, caregivers, and organizations
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to monitor progress and refine strategies as needed
  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Familiarity with remote working tools and the ability to balance in‑person and virtual work responsibilities
  • Passion for empowering neurodivergent individuals and fostering inclusivity
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
